Personal service, every job

We started trading at the beginning of 2012, but our experience in waste management goes back more than 20 years. We’re based in West Malling, Kent, with our main coverage across Kent and Central London, and we travel further afield for national clients.

We’re a family-run business, and we keep it personal on purpose. Every job is managed by at least one member of the family, and a family member is present for business collections. It’s how we keep our standards high, however big or small the job.

Our own vehicles, our own people

We don’t subcontract collections. Our vetted, uniformed staff collect in our own satellite-tracked vehicles, so we always know where your equipment is and who is handling it. Our customers range from international blue-chip companies, the military, government and councils to sole traders and households.

Zero to landfill

We call ourselves eco warriors, and we mean it. Nothing we collect goes to landfill. We follow the WEEE Directive’s order of reduce, reuse, recycle:

• Reuse first. Working equipment is refurbished. If you ask, we can donate it to charities and schools on your behalf.
• Then recover. Everything else goes to the country’s largest and most efficient WEEE processors for component and material recovery.
• Mind the miles. We work out the carbon footprint of a collection against what can be recovered before we set off.

Helping charities

We donate good-quality collected equipment to charities. We also collect and recycle PAT-failed items donated to charity shops, and if a customer wishes, we can pass on a share of any income recovered.
